In March 2009 Skyform began works to these two multi storey buildings adjacent to the beach in Aberdeen.

• External concrete and crack repairs
• Installing steel structural supports
• Installing balcony parapet supports
• Applying over 8000m2 external anti-carbonation paint system
• Applying non-slip balcony walkway system
• Replacement of render to soffit and lift motor rooms
• Application of roof coating system

Access for the works was carried out by Skyforms Access Division Skytrack (Cradle Systems) Ltd utilising its innovative track and suspended platform method. This enabled costs to be kept to a minimum and provided and efficient and safe system of work.
