Mastrick Land Tenements: Value – £754,000
Description: Skyform have been commissioned to repair 21 blocks of three storey high tenement blocks in the Mastrick Land area.
The works include Roof repairs, Gutter and downpipe repairs, installation of Windows to communal areas, Roughcast/smooth render repairs, Remedial sealant works, Wall tie investigation works and remedial wall tie installations, installation of movement joints, application of elastomeric paint system, proprietary render overcoat system, Brickwork Silane system to facades, Pest Control Installation and various underground investigations and repairs.
Regensburg Court: Value – £189,000
Description: The works compromise the carrying out of repairs to the external façade and drainage systems to Regensburgh Court, Aberdeen.
Work includes concrete repairs, crack injection, structural crack stitching using helical rods, roughcast and smooth render repairs, installation of movement joints, application of a proprietory roughcast system, sealant works to the façade and to window perimeters, concrete panel/structural element coating works and drainage remedial works.
Clifton Court: Value – £284,000
Description: The works comprise of the carrying out of repairs to the external façade and drainage systems to Clifton Court, Aberdeen.
Work includes concrete repairs, crack injection, structural crack stitching using helical rods, roughcast and smooth render repairs, application of a proprietary roughcast system, sealant works to the façade and to window perimeters, concrete panel/structural element coating works, application of an anti slip reflective roofing paint and drainage remedial works.
St Clements Court: Value – £267,100
Description: The works comprise the carrying out of repairs to the external façade and drainage systems of St Clements Court, Aberdeen.
Work includes concrete repairs, crack injection, structural crack stitching using helical rods, roughcast and smooth render repairs, application of a proprietory roughcast system, sealant works to the façade and to window perimeters, concrete panel/structural element coating works and drainage remedial works.
Cairncry, Cornhill, Rosehill & Stockethill Courts: Value £587,500
Description: The works comprise the carrying out of repairs to the external façade and drainage systems of Cairncry, Cornhill & Rosehill Courts, Aberdeen.
The work consists of (but are not exclusive of) concrete repairs, roughcast/smooth render repairs, removal and replacement with smooth render of existing mosaic tiled panels below windows, overcoating of smooth render panels, sealant works to the façade and window perimeters, replacement of a lift motor room external door and other minor remedial works to the lift motor rooms along with drainage remedial works.
