Remedial Works to the Roof Glazing and Associated Elements at St Enoch Centre, Glasgow

• Design and supply a suitable access system to allow work to be carried out to 17 No glazing pyramids
• The Removal of all ridge, hip and verge flashings to allow the installation of new E.P.D.M. membrane and subsequent reinstatement of the flashings.
• The uplifting of all valley gutter walkway grills, the cleaning, preparation and relining of all valley gutters and decommissioning of walkway grills.
• Replacement of all cracked/broken glazing units.
• The alteration of the existing curtain walling system to allow the installation of new access windows.
• The renewal of vertical sections of cover caps and pressure plates to the roof plant area.

The works where programmed out with normal working hours to allow the shopping centre to remain open throughout and were completed within budget and two weeks earlier than the contract period allowed.
