Skyform were commissioned by East Renfrewshire Council to carry out roofing works and stone repairs on tenanted flats located in Barrhead.
The contract consisted of:

Provision of all materials and plant needed
Cutting out of all cracked, defective and decayed render
Prepare surface to receive new render
Safe removal of chimney copes and prepare chimney heads to receive new copes
Remove and renew fireclay chimney pots
Take down tv aerials and refix temporarily in the correct direction until works are completed then refix permanently
Clearing and safe proper removal of all rubble from the roof void
Disconnect gas fires and make arrangements with the occupier to temporarily block off the chimney
Clean front elevation by applying high pressure water jet to include all window reveals, lintels, glazing etc.
Cut back and removal of all eroded sandstone
Application of render and all steel accessories including bell cast stop beads and corner beads
Removal of underlay, tile covering, sundries, roof lights and leadwork
Reinstatement of all underlay, tile coverings, sundries, leadwork and roof lights.
Removal of existing rainwater system
Installation of new upgraded rain water system
Preparation of surfaces and paintwork to all external surfaces
