Skyform were awarded the contract by Aberdeen City Council to carry out Balcony Screen Replacement & Fabric Repairs. The works on this contract consisted of:

• Removal of existing balcony glass and balustrading
• Replacement powder coated aluminium balustrade and Formica panelling
• Installation of bird proof netting
• Removal of existing render and over coating with new render
• Structural and fabric repairs
• New window panels
• Removal of asbestos lining in underpass soffits and relining
• Painter work to windows, doors and downpipes
• Removal of flat roof coverings
• Jet clean of existing soil stacks
• Repair works to underground drainage
• Application of liquid applied waterproofing to roofs
